"Stayed one night. Room and bathroom was extremely small, but luckily the room had a nice AC. Even though the road was directly outside our window, we were not disturbed by the vehicles passing. Staff was very nice. There was much confusion when we arrived, but we soon figured out that the "rooms" part of the place doesn't have a reception. "My go to place whenever I visit Ambleside. Best view and best prices for a young explorer. Mustn’t forget the great staff and lovely food, great location right by the lake for some peace and quiet and close enough to town for any shopping:) Lovely place. "
