"What a beautiful hotel! The staff was so kind & friendly. My husband & I bought eSIM cards that didn’t work so we didn’t have cell phone service. Umi & Nina were wonderful & called for most of our taxis (aside from the ones when we were already out). On one of the tours we booked we had a miscommunication about the pickup area & Nina helped call our guide & translate-she saved the day! It was a warm, inviting, intimate stay & we are so thankful! Highly recommend. "

There are night markets with a wide selection of goods and delicious street foods within easy walking distance. "When we arrived it was difficult to find anyone. It certainty wasn't a hotel, rather a very basic hostel, and the inside had painted concrete floors. Not like the photos on hotels.com. I found Boyd who was friendly, but said "we stopped using hotels.com months ago as they sold the rooms too cheap. Ask them for a refund and pay me cash, but we don't have rooms like the photos, I show you on my motorbike". He showed me another building with basic bunk beds and shared bathroom. Not what we booked....

"Great property, amazing staff. Pool was closed the first couple days and the water wasn't clear (didnt end up using the pool). A little far from center of town, and hard to hail a taxi or tuk tuk. recommend a ride share app if staying here. Breakfast is good, many options. definitely recommend. "
