"Great property, amazing staff. Pool was closed the first couple days and the water wasn't clear (didnt end up using the pool). A little far from center of town, and hard to hail a taxi or tuk tuk. recommend a ride share app if staying here. Breakfast is good, many options. definitely recommend. "

"What a beautiful hotel! The staff was so kind & friendly. My husband & I bought eSIM cards that didn’t work so we didn’t have cell phone service. Umi & Nina were wonderful & called for most of our taxis (aside from the ones when we were already out). On one of the tours we booked we had a miscommunication about the pickup area & Nina helped call our guide & translate-she saved the day! It was a warm, inviting, intimate stay & we are so thankful! Highly recommend. "

"What I liked: INA House is conveniently located, not far from the touristic spots (night market or inner square of Ch.M.), yet not part of its hustle and bustle. Since its main purpose is not maximizing profits in the tourism business, but to provide services to indigeneous populations, I found there a library with books on hilltribes in Northern Thailand, rather than a swimming pool. Accommodation facilities are not outstanding, but o.k.. The staff was friendly, and when they smiled, they meant...

"The host was very nice and friendly! I arrived super late at night and had to leave early in the morning but they still prepared breakfast for me! I had the room to myself with en suite bathroom so that was great too!"
