This motel had the best reviews between Warsaw and Tappahannock. We are from Dunnsville and the only reason we needed the motel is because we were having issues with our bathroom heat.

"I have stayed there several times and has always been great. Seems as though the AC wasn't working well in room 206 however. I woke up multiple times during the night because it got hot."

"The location was perfect for us for a few days to get away. Being on the water was perfect. We loved being able to bring our fur babies with us. The kitchen had everything we needed. Tina was a great host. We hope to go back again."
