"Situated in an ideal position close to St Kilda and St Clair beaches, as well as the South Dunedin shopping centres. Although not new, the property is well maintained and spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, so I have stayed here several times over the years. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay."

"Right in the centre and very close to the station. We had a double room apartment and it easily accommodated 4 adults. It was very clean and well equipped if you wanted to eat in."

"Comfortable bed and warm room. Parking was handy and we were happy to pay $15 for the secure carpark. The motel room was in need of the maintenance man spending a day fixing things. Loose taps, mouldy leaking shower, mattress protector was stained, patches on the walls. The rooms need some touch ups done."

"Stunning apartment in a fantastic location. The on-site free parking was a great bonus especially for Dunedin! The property was clean, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Shelly the property manager was also a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!"
