"Amazing stay and even received a free upgrade to an executive suite which was lovely. Fantastic breakfast and spa. Staff were top notch in the breakfast lounge....Very hard working, attentive and really friendly! Only down fall was the crazy parking situation. It was something like £5 for 5 minutes which makes it hard for taxis to pick up. One of the lifts were out of service and one was being cleaned during peak times (silly really). There was one lift available at peak check out time and we were on floor 9 so we missed our taxi as he couldn't wait at drop off due to the private eye parking arrangements. The info boards are unclear for drop off/pick up waiting times."

"Great value for any stay in Chester. Just on the edge of the city so your are no more than a few minutes walk from the centre. Hotel has the benefit of parking spaces. Staff were excellent and so friendly. Ovall look of the hotel good but a few signs of aging. Spa nice enought and the addition of a buffet breakfast makes it a decent hotel. "

"Great from start to finish, for the 2nd time. Easy to find, plenty of parking, quick check in and decent size rooms. We're not gym folk but it looks good and a decent size pool. Breakfast is plentiful, great selection, tadty and hot, also a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are friendly, and James on the front desk was very helpful, thanks."
