"Pre check in email was very useful about how to find the nearest car park, but missed the part about not being able to book the parking for more than 24 hours so you have to sit for your current session to expire before paying again. Check out time was incorrect stating 1100 when booking email stated by noon. I reply to confirm but didn’t hear back from property. "The property is modern, clean and warm with the pictures and listing giving an accurate impression. The only slight criticism we have was that the sofa was a little uncomfortable for sitting on. Also, the parking location wasn't that clear, but we did manage to park outside the property. Our overall impression is favourable and we will definitely be looking to use the property again on our next visit."

"Fantastic apartment in a great location for visiting Chester. Parking is located a bit away from the property and can be a bit difficult to find but only a minor thing. Everything else was really good including the communications from the owner. Highly recommend. "
