"The accommodation was very clean and modern-looking. Its situation is ideal, very quiet yet handy for Sainsburys, the restaurants of Didsbury and the many parks in the area and away from the busy main road into Manchester. The kitchen/diner/living space was on the small side for a family of 3 boisterous children.but they enjoyed themselves nevertheless. "

"The House was perfect for our family of four. Visiting parents who live just 5 mins drive away and celebrating an important family event. It’s also a great location as a short walk to Bramhall village where there’s lots of restaurants and shops. House very comfortable and clean. Would just ask for a full set of wine glasses. There were huge stem glasses but too large for wine!!!"

"The location is great, yes the kitchen is outside, but its not a deal breaker, the kitchen was clean and tidy, previous comments suggested no heating in the bathroom, this wasn't the case, the property has full central heating and the water was very hot. Yes the decor is a little dated, but we used the property as a base, and weren't there to rate the standard of decor. Yes, the kitchen would benefit from an airfryer but again the fact that they didn't have one didn't spoil the trip. Would I use...

"A lovely, welcoming property, which was perfect for a catch up, with ample beds, towels and bedding, enough utensils for cooking a quick meal before relaxing with drinks on the patio, in the hot tub, in the airy living space or all of the above! Everything was well appointed and easy to find, loved the en suite wet room. The chickens provided unexpected entertainment and the neighbouring sheep and alpacas were very chill. "Perfect for exploring Chester on foot and close to the station. Lovely comfy beds but the house itself was not as clean as I would have liked and there are a few maintenance issues but nothing to spoil the stay. We had a great week there. The size of the house was perfect for our family of 5 with older teenagers, not a huge amount of living space for a bigger group though."

"Unfortunately on arrival, bins outside where over flowing, quick look around the house was tidy but the cleanliness was not up to standard. Left over takeaway containers and McDonald’s wrappers left in the fridge from previous occupants. All towels in bathroom had been folded and put away however every towel was damp with a strong smell of urine. I messaged the home owner who was apologetic and looked into it. "Our family of 5 (13,16,16, 2-adults) had a great experience! Dave and Cath we VERY responsive to all questions, and the home was perfect. They live on a great hobby farm with lots of animals to see. Perfect 5min walk to a cute small town including: grocery, meat market, coffee, and great shopping, great views, excellent hospitality (and the farm fresh eggs and brownies we delish!). For the golfers, there’s even an excellent 18 hole golf course 5 minutes away! Don’t miss out on this rental!"
