"I had a quick wonderful birthday getaway. The property is very well maintained; very clean. Every staff member we encountered were very polite and helpful. They found out it was my birthday and delivered a bottle of wine and chocolates to me. It was VERY nice and made my day even more special. There's plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Great location. The only downside is them wanting to sell you a timeshare. I will be returning to the property and bringing my grands for spring break so they can enjoy the pools game room putt putt etc. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet"

"Great Wolf lodge is very kid friendly and I like that the bands open the door. The kids liked that too cause they get to unlock the door themselves. We will return again soon."

"Wi-fi was decent. Room was clean but no microwave. Coffee maker in room. TV nice and big with lots of channels. Pool was nice. Water pressure was weak and water took some time to get hot. Staff was polite. Overall would stay again."
