Leonardo Royal London Tower Bridge

"Very friendly reception, spa and concierge staff. The restaurant staff seemed very understaffed and I waited 15 mins at the bar to get a drink and a table and was ignored so I left. The spa is nice to have but in need of deep cleaning, the steam room has a lot of mould on the seat tiles, the pool has lots of sediment at the bottom near the steps and the showers need cleaning to be free from hair. My room was overall good but the door wooden frame at the bottom was rotting away due to water damage (I had an accessible room) and two of my mugs had cracks and leaked. So overall ok but some maintenance needs doing."

"The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean though a little dated. They are currently under renovations so future guests may see some room updates and repairs. The location was AMAZING, not far from the Tower Hill Station and just a short walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, good restaurants and small shops. It was convenient to have the restaurant on site, staff was hit or miss with service, food was fine though a little pricey, even for the area."

"The staff was very helpful and responsive to my requests. The room was a good size and had a good layout. I’m glad I chose this hotel for a nine-day stay, as it was reasonably well-connected via the nearby tube stations. The only drawback is that I was on the garden side and my room was quite warm without in-room climate control and I could also hear an HVAC system for a number of hours per day. I had breakfast one morning, I was quite satisfied with it. I have to thank the hotel and their staff for making my first stay in London stress-free and enjoyable."

"Great location for theatre land, staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was lovely. My only gripe is that the bed on one side was up against a wall, so one of us had to keep crawling over to get to the en suit . Other than that lovely."

"Great location easy to catch the metro into central London or to O2. There was plenty of restaurants near by in all price ranges. The rooms and beds were tiny considering its an apartment hotel. No point in cooking as you there was no room to sit and eat, the option of cooking was why we choose this hotel, so a bit disappointed when we saw the size of the room. Bathroom was ok and it was quiet even on the weekend. All in all a good option if you don’t mind the size."
