Farnoosh at the front desk was able to get us early check in, which I very much appreciate it after an overnight flight. I'm incredibly pleased with the overall experience, friendly customer service, and wonderful room. It's located conveniently close to all the touristy things like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. You could get lucky enough with a room that has a view of the London eye. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when traveling to London."
