The Space:
Located in the breathtaking setting of Wanaka, Serenity on Ruby Ridge is a stylish holiday home designed for comfort and relaxation. Its layout, centered around a courtyard, creates a bright and airy atmosphere.

The living room seamlessly connects to the outdoors through stacking ranch sliders, offering fantastic indoor-outdoor living. The rear courtyard provides a sheltered space to unwind, making it the highlight of your holiday. During winter, cozy up by the fire with a local Pinot Noir after a day on the mountain.

The kitchen, with its attractive galley style and full butler’s pantry, has everything you need. The spacious garage accommodates two vehicles and all your snow and bike gear.

The master bedroom, in a separate wing, features a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom, opening onto the central courtyard. The other three bedrooms, in the guest wing, each have their own heat pump.

With its stunning view over Wanaka, spacious layout, and private feel, Serenity on Ruby Ridge offers a serene escape in a beautiful location.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
This stunning property has 4 large bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed with Ensuite courtyard access.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 4: 2 King Single beds. Our flexible bed configuration allows for the option to have a king-sized bed upon request, with a fee applicable for this customization.

The ensuite features 2 sinks and large shower. The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
