Room was serviced as often as you wanted which we liked because you don't need your room serviced every day so we opted for every second day which was fine. Provisions (e.g. toilet paper, coffee and tea, etc.) were replenished whenever the room was serviced. Quiet location but in the heart of town with many great eating places a short stroll away."

"If you are eloping in NZ and taking off in a helicopter, I highly recommend booking the Edgewater, and if you can get it, premium suite #101. It was a mere 20m from our patio to the waiting helicopter, no having to drive anywhere etc. That aside, the staff were so friendly with lots of nice personal touches noting our celebration. The refurbished rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious. Being right on the lake is beautiful and plenty of available parking. Getting into town is walkable otherwise a comfortable 5 min drive. "
