There really isn't much in the area, but anything that was there was included in a very helpful binder. The room was very comfortable and Richy was a hoot! Excellent host. I would recommend this property. Looking at the rooms, we weren't sure what to expect, but it was a great stay!

Property is very close to glow worm cave. The climb from the parking to your room should come with a Sherpa. I’d have packed a small overnight bag if I had known. It’s comfortable, the owners are delightful folks, and the breakfast hearty and fresh.

I enjoyed my stay at the Waitomo Lodge. Lynn greated me with a great spirit and was very welcoming. My room was tidy and comfortable. Tea kettle and an assortment of teas in your room. A/C and heater both worked well. Breakfast in the morning was just what i neexex to start my day. Good string coffee, soft warm croissants and yogurt with fruit and granola. Dinner at Tomos was fantastic. Thank you Lynn for the recommendations. I had a solid nights sleep and a great visit to the area.

It is a great location for seeing the caves and natural bridge. The continental breakfast is good. Lyne is accommodating. The lodge is in a garden so, there are a few bugs and spiders. Parking is available but around the side of the lodge

Welcoming host and comfortable stay. The room we stayed in was a bit small with 2 twins, but the aircon worked well, and the studio was very clean. My friend also lost her passport on the property and the host went out of her way to mail it at our next destination. She was very kind and responsive. Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay in this area. The price was amazing and it also included a great breakfast!
