"Amazing views, the host was incredibly welcoming and happy to have a chat. The farm was beautiful and the walk to the pond was pure magic. "This property was very unique and a great place to stay, especially after visiting the Hobbiton Movie Set earlier in the day. The rooms did smell a little like “Middle Earth” when we arrived, but the fans were running and the owners were obviously trying to deal with the problem which was much appreciated. ..."

Ruakiri bush walk and cave tour was quite fantastic

Ray
a very snotty young girl at the reception area of Ruakuri cave really put us off. She should not be dealing with the general public. We left without touring the cave because of her attitude ☹️.

We went on the Spellbound cave tours and it was excellent!!! I really enjoyed it and it was with smaller groups and not crowded.
