"The property was excellent how we should be notified of the extra parking fee should be advertised rather then included when you make the booking"

"We had a great room with a spa bath and balcony. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped."

"No issues except if you want parking then prebook"

"Perfect location in the heart of Napier CBD, walking distance to any location around the city or Uber elsewhere. Clean and tidy with an art decor fell about the building. Fully recommend and would definitely stay there again next time in Napier."

"Just needs more hot water pressure in the shower"

"Had a good time at the StudioIt was easy to check in and park the outside looked a little worse for wear especially when you arrive at night. but the inside was nice modern and clean so can't complain too much. The only issues i had was the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable idk if its my height or what but i had to lay a bit diagonally to not feel the frame. And the extractor fan could use a clean but no real issues to speak of."

"Very well located in City with dining options within walking distance.Super comfy beds and facilities. Excellent communication with hosts. Would highly recommend booking with them - and in fact we have booked another property with them in 2 weeks time.Highly recommend ."

"Fantastic hosts"

"I enjoyed the quaintness of Te Whare Rural Retreat"

"Joan and Alf who live upstairs were extremely nice and helpful. Everything was neat and clean, bathroom is modern and the kitchenette was well set up although we didn't really use it as we ate out. For us the location in Ahuriri away from the city centre was perfect. Off street parking, walk to the village, several pubs for evening drinks or cafes for morning coffee. Napier turned on the weather too which was a bonus. Good value spot in a great part of town. Would highly recommend for short...

"This property was great, well appointed, clean, well setup for a family or group of travellers. Liezel the host was amazing and very accommodating of our family's needs.I would highly recommend the property to anyone, very well located in Green meadows with the supermarket an easy walk and a playground right over the back fence for the kids. Great bookabach hire, well recommended."

"Great wee property, peaceful and had everything I needed. "

"Dirty with broken cupboard and blind and they take 200 for damages without telling you which made our booking process a nightmare then had trouble getting the 200 back.somethings weird with this one"

"Beautiful accomodation, not far from town centre and has nearby cafes. Chosen for pet friendly option, plenty of walks for ourselves and dog. Will staying again."

"Parking was easy and secure"

"Beautiful homely cottage which made for a fantastic stay. Close to everything. Highly recommend it!"
