"We had a great stay! Overall the hotel is very nice, short walk to the beach, nice clean rooms. Only 2 complaints, there are only 2 elevators which took a long time to get to the room and the outside breakfast area constantly have birds trying to steal your food. "

"Our room is in the Kona Tower, which is smaller than average hotel room but it does have everything we need including microwave and frige. It has a walkway straight to the mall on the 2nd floor and to swimming pool on 4th floor and then 13 floor has a convience laundry room where it stocked up on detergent for a few quarters, where you can get them exchanged from the front desk. It has housekeeping daily which is great. The self parking is great, never struggle to find parking space here. You take the elevator from basement to main floor which is so easy accessible. The mall next door has two big food courts and a huge target for you to shop your necessities so avoid driving looking for stuffs. The room itself is in good condition and it has shampoo for you already. The checkin line takes a few seconds to complete, unlike what the reviews here say. I would definitely come again! The pool and seating there are beautiful and they offer pool towels too. Their fitness center is a good size. Staff was kind on my days there! "
