"Loved this hotel. They had free fun activities and crafts. A farmers market on certain days. The pool had everything you need for the beach- beach chairs and blankets for free. The room provided a free beach / recycle bad, refillable water bottles- also free! The bathroom had large size products, shampoos etc. Toothbrush and toothpaste was also available. From the luggage guys, the front desk, to the spa folks, pool attendees and cleaners- everyone was so helpful and friendly. This hotel is a feet from the beach and breath taking beautiful! I’ve been to Waikiki several times and this is my favorite hotel so far. "

"Good location, everything is in walking distance, beach, market place. You can rent a car, they have agent office in lobby. "

"Room was clean and staff was responsive when i asked them to adjust the shower knob which was immovable. I had microwave and Fridge which was convenient. Hotel was next to the Ala Moana mall with a nice food court and many dining options which are simple and affordable. It is close to convention center. Downside is it is far from Waikiki beach and main shopping areas of Waikiki. "

"I read many reviews about this place and was worried about the property itself but I will say it lived up to the stars! I enjoyed my stay with an upgraded room on 12 floor. I would recommend this hotel/resort to anyone. Don’t hesitate! "
