"I had a really disappointing stay at this hotel. The check-in process was an absolute nightmare—there was a large conference going on, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and unprepared. It took far too long just to get a room. Throughout the stay, basic service was lacking. Housekeeping consistently failed to leave enough towels, which was frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, an alarm went off in the middle of the night, completely disrupting our sleep, and there was little to no communication about what was happening. It was impossible to even get some coffee in the morning due to the sheer amount of people in the hotel. Free waters were never available nor replenished for guests not attending the conference. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. I expected much better, especially given the price and reputation. I would not stay here again."

"Check in instructions need to be more clear. The exterior door at the entrance to 2nd floor from visitors garage is broken. You can't access the 2nd floor from the key fob. The door handle just spins."

"Room smelled like smoke. Remote didn’t work. Half of the plugs did not work. Door lock was loose. Pretty rough overall. Cheap yes but don’t stay unless you really just need to sleep and don’t have money to spend. "

"Non smoking rooms smelled like cigarette. Bed sheets were burnt. I had two night reservation and only could stay one night. They have signs of no smoking everywhere but the whole place had cigarette smell. "

"Check in was easy. The house was clean. The host was nice. The property could benefit from simple upgrades like towel hooks and hair dryers. A desk or chair in the bedrooms would have also been nice. "
