"Peacefully quiet serenity of having a horse farm across the road. We have stayed in many (ALOT)many rental units over the last 20 years, and this one is definitely in the top 10, read on and I’ll tell you why. First of all, this house it set beautifully between “green pasture” backyard (with very comfortable deck and seating), and green pastures with horses in the front. I kid you not, we opened the front window shade in the morning and were absolutely flabbergasted. We had rolled in at pitch dark, so this majesty was hiding in the darkness. 10/10Second and actually tied for first is its comfort and cleanliness. I want to take cleaning lessons from this homeowner. Immaculate!! It’s not a new house, but it is a beautifully maintained mature sweetie. Cozy sparkling bathroom, fresh delish beds(very comfortable) and pristinely clean surfaces, everywhere!! I wish more rental owners understood how far this level of clean goes in making the property feel comfortable in general, AND in a subconscious way. You can rest easy.Third is location- and for reason number one alone I’d say the horse farm is worth it regardless of its proximity to the city and local colleges and universities!! We have an Agnes Scott grad and getting to and from campus was a dream! Also, this location provided incredible access to nature in its landscape and its feeding of birds and grand old trees hugging you from all around.Thank you for having us, we would return again in a heartbeat!"
