We recently stayed in the Bellmead Beauty Summa for my daughter's graduation. We had the house for 3 days but ended up staying only overnight as the house was pretty much unlivable. The water coming from every faucet smelled so much like sulphur that we couldn’t even brush our teeth. It is not possible to stay somewhere where water is not accessible. Furthermore, there were only 2 towels available and one roll of toilet paper (for 4 people). To add insult to injury, one of the beds had a broken leg. I suggest that in order to have a successful rental in the future, you check the plumbing and make sure the house is well stocked.

Grass was knee deep and had to call to have it mowed… had to walk through it to access front door with key code. Parking was taken by two very HUGE trucks and trailer owned by two VERY large men… had to explain to them that our rental included one of those parking spaces. Blinds did not come to bottom of windows and traffic drove straight towards the front of the house… loud traffic all night long, However, plumbing worked, washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher were adequate. The location was horrible with less than ten feet between us and the busy street. People at the church were wonderful though and very helpful. Back yard was a dirt pit after mowed, couldn’t use it. No supplies stocked other than ten squares of toilet paper on one roll in one bathroom .. reminded us of Elaine on Seinfeld… “Can you spare a square?” way over priced for what it was.
