"Ecerything was Excellent except...they say that they have air conditioning, and they have an individual modern thermostat in each room, BUT they control the temperature setting. Our room stat was set at 80 deg F. When I tried to set it to 72 def F, it would not allow me to reset it. So, I figured I would just open the windows. "Rien à redire. Personnel au petits soins. Super calme, super propre, super lieu, super petit dej. Le bonheur des petits oiseaux au réveil."

"Very nice country house with a large garden stretching down to the Seine river. The hosts Anne and Erik are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms was very quiet and well equipped. Les Ruisseaux was the perfect choice for our stopover on the way home to Germany."

"Chambre propre, climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas et ne fais plus de froid, défaut sur la pomme de douche qui fuit et pleine de calcaire mais remplacer des le lendemain, mention spécial à la réceptionniste qui est serviable aimable et agréable."

"Nice hotel close to Paris outer ring road, easy to find and great for overnight stop. Breakfast very good , evening menu limited but food also very good."

"Excellent spa but otherwise disappointing. Booked a superior room and was given a room on the ground floor with a view of the car park where everyone walking to reception could see in if I raised the blinds. Unhelpful staff and very bland food."

"Magnifique séjour - une expérience"

"Everything you might wish for… a true luxury hotel within a short drive (or a medium length walk) to historic downtown Tours and the fancy shopping area."

"Bien mais seul bémol, le sol était rempli de long cheveux venant probablement de la personne précédente. Mise a part ce détail, ce fut un bon sejour dans l’ensemble."

The standard rooms are small with what would be closer to a 'double' bed in North America, so if you need more space go with the larger rooms and beds--it was perfectly adequate for our needs. Very close to the Chateau, main shopping and market area, restaurants and the wonderful park paths for walking. We found it a good alternative location to fly out from Charles de Gaulle airport the next afternoon, but your experience...
