"Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Especially the view is great and the garden is ideal for kids, (fully fenced!) and well taken care of (the gardener arrived just when we left). There's a slide, a grill and an inflatable kids pool which made a big difference! Also we were happy with the nice baby bed. And communication with the owner was excellent. But there are a few drawbacks: - unfortunately there are cables running right across the view - the kitchen is extremely poorly equipped. there...

"Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ordentlich, sauber und gemütlich! Allerdings keine Aussicht!!! Wer keine Koffer schleppen kann hat Schwierigkeiten da die letzten Meter zur Unterkunft am besten nur über die Treppe zu erreichen ist. Nur wer ein „sehr“ kleines Auto hat kann unter sehr schwierigen Umständen vorfahren. Der Eingang durch Heizungsraum und Waschküche stört mich nicht. Der Telefonkontakt war sehr freundlich also gerne wieder wenn ich in Lugano zu tun habe!"

"Corona is a charming village high in the mountains outside Lugano. We loved our stay in this spacious and comfortable house. It has a spectacular view of the mountains and Lake Lugano. The village has a charming church, shops, many ancient houses, a few hotels, and a large swimming pool open to the public. Nearby are hiking trails in all directions. It is perfect for a family vacation."

"Molly & Giovanni were so gracious and kind, & went above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best it could be! The apartment is perfect, and everything is there to cook, or enjoy a glass of wine out in the serene garden overlooking Lake Lugano. Fresh lavender , roses and sage surround you! "Pianello is a small town with a couple of good restaurants and a wonderful bar. A lake ferry stop there as well for exploring other towns in Lake Como. The view for the balcony is fantastic. The kitchen is well required and the beds are comfortable. Communication with Paola was excellent. I highly recommend this place."

"Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und der Vermieter hat unser Gepäck mit seinem (kurzen) Auto zum Haus hochgefahren. (Der Zugang ist wirklich sehr steil und der Übergang zur Straße ist nur mit hochbeinigen oder kurzen Fahrzeugen zu schaffen.) Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Stromversorgung per Solar war für Beleuchtung und Handyaufladen mehr als ausreichend, obwohl die ersten Tage keine Sonne schien. Gaskühlschrank hat bestens funktioniert. Betten sind bequem und auch die Couch lädt...

"Vor Anreise meldete sich die Agentur bei uns mit allen Infos. Dadurch konnten wir das Haus einfach finden und der Check-In lief reibungslos. Überraschend war, dass es ein paar Meter weiter, weitere Parkplätze gab was sehr gut war denn der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war für unser Auto zu klein (Achtung bei Anreise mit großem Auto auch wegen enger und steilen Straßen) Sehr gut war außerdem die Kommunikation mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin Claudia die uns immer half, wenn es etwas zu beachten gab. "Sehr schön gelegenes Haus in lebendigem, sympathischen Ort. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Wir hatten beide Wohnungen für zwei Familien gemietet. Gemütlichkeit ist nicht die Stärke des Hauses, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten (Sofa, Sessel, Liegestühle...) für alle Gäste gemeinsam gibt es weder drinnen noch draußen. Draußen gäbe es auf dem Grundstück leider auch keinen schönen Ort, wo man sie aufstellen könnte. Die Küchenausstattung ist äußerst dürftig, teils in schlechtem Zustand (blechiges...

"Die Anfahrt war das erste Abenteuer! Das Haus liegt sehr privat und ruhig am Berg mit super Blick auf den Lago. Das Inventar lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Selbst die Küche ist voll ausgestattet für Bäcker und Köche. Das Haus ist geräumig und das Grundstück lädt ein zu Abenteuern und Kinderspielen."

"My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful villa and didn’t want to leave. Feroza is a wonderful host, very kind, she left us eggs from her own hens, marmalade made from the fruit of her own trees, homemade cake and she was very helpful. The location right on the lake is amazing, and the view of the mountains I will never forget, the villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday. "Grundsätzlich gut. Einiges sollte in der Wohnung gemacht werden! Im 3. Zimmer neue Matrazen und 1 neuer Lattenrost. Die TV Anlage hat nicht funktioniert und müsste von einem Fachmann geprüft werden. Sonst sehr gut. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon und sehr ruhig gelegen."

"Nous avons passé un super séjour à la Villa Sereni. Le logement est spacieux et très agréable. Le cadre et la vue sont magnifiques. Le propriétaire était toujours disponible si besoin. Un petit soucis technique dans le logement à pu être réglé dans l’heure. Par ailleurs la villa est bien située pour visiter les magnifiques communes autour du lac Majeur. Je recommande cette adresse ☺️"

"This property has a big problem that you only realise on arrival. There are 134 narrow and steep steps (around 8 storeys) to climb to bring up your luggage (and groceries during your stay). When travelling with an infant and a pregnant wife this is far from ideal. Once you make it up, though, the view pays off the climb. It is stunning! However, mosquitoes won't let you enjoy it for long. Those little things are vicious! Another issue we found was that the garden was not fenced so or daughter...

"Pro's and cons: Pro's first: good location, a short drive from Luino, a good sized lakeside town. You can take ferries from Luino all round the lake, including to the Borromean islands. You'll have to spend some time aquainting yourself with the ferry timetable and a map of the lake. Nothing much goes on in Dumenza itself. There's a small supermarket that we didn't actually have to use, as we shopped out and about in the bigger towns. There is somewhere to get a coffee in the morning if you...

"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "
