"It was a good stay. Typical European hotel room – Small and we had two twin beds. Restaurant was good and food was tasty.. Thankfully there was hand soap available because I had forgotten to bring mine from home. And it had a very nice flavor. It was really nice and worked really well as shampoo also"

"The room was large and clean. Kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bus took 20 minutes to Lille centre. Very convenient as the bus stop was across the street. Free underground safe parking lot with EV stations. Lots of spaces available. Breakfast was very good with fresh orange juice machine where you make your own. Good selection of hot and cold food. Supermarket next to the hotel. Excellent bakery across the street. "

"We have stayed at this hotel for over 10 years, it’s just the best. We love the location whether for visiting christmas markets, or just travelling to the Alps and stopping off en-route. We love sitting in the lounge playing the games, especially pac-man. Rooms are very clean and spacious and staff always super friendly. Lots of restaurants walking distance from italian to lovely delis, or buffalo grill, also now serving food in the hotel itself too. Parking is easy and lots and safe."
