"Easy access"

"Communication was good on the whole, albeit until check out, when the abruptness of reception person surfaced, he could not be bothered to allow us to leave luggage as he was about commence a break. Despite being 1153 am. How long does it take to open luggage store room opposite? Result 5 hours of suitcase lugging. Studio room was ok for 1..but couples might need bigger room."

"Bathroom sink was blocked and the shower water was not hot (only warm) in the evening. Otherwise very quiet and a nice place and friendly staff."

"No sofa in the room, therefore didn’t find it comfortable sitting on a chair to watch TV. There was a stain on the duvet cover. One of the high tables in our room was rocking. The sink in the toilet in the communal area on the lower ground was blocked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel itself was very good, clean and modern! The only thing that let it down was the restaurant, not much selection on the menu and the chef was vaping in the kitchen on the evening we arrived which we found off putting! Breakfast was disappointing, no clean tables and the staff made no attempt to clean one for us so my daughter cleaned a table! Very little selection of food left! We did arrive towards the end of breakfast 8.30ish, but even so there was no welcome or offer of tea & coffee...

"First of all, the room was not clean, the bed also wasn't clean. There was hair on the sheets and the pillow, which shows that they weren't washed for some time. The room didn't have any shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer and we had to ask for those. No shutters in the room and the curtains wouldn't close completely so you can have a complete darkness (or even partial) in the room. On the other hands the owners / management were very welcoming and helpful when we asked for the amenities."
