Clean and comfortable accommodation on the edge on town. Nice and quiet. The thermostat in our room didn't work but the staff quickly provided us with a space heater that did the job. Everyone was kind and helpful.

We used the ACE Arras for a visit to Vimy. It was within 20 min. Accomodation was comfortable, easy to find and the staff pleasant and helpful. Had supper at the Au feu du bois next door, enjoyable and a good meal.

We used the hotel as stopover on route to Paris and it was perfect for our needs. Family room was ample in size, clean, bathroom was great and breakfast was plentiful! The hotel was located on the outskirts in a industrial area. It was next to a resteraunt and a Mac Donald’s, with an excellent bakery nearby. For the price we paid it was of good quality, clean and staff were very helpful. Good, safe car parking alongside hotel.

I got a room on short notice when I was visiting the Vimy Memorial. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice clean room that was quite affordable. There's a nice restaurant next door and a McDonald's. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was great and we went on our way happy and satisfied. I will stay there again if I'm in the area.

We had booked 3 nights in this property but wish I had booked somewhere else. The air conditioning was switched off in the hotel and would not be switched on even though the outside temperature was 25°C and our room was 28°C as the blind had been left open and the sunlight streaming in. The manager would not switch on the air conditioning and just shrugged and said they don't normally have such warm weather in May. The towels were threadbare and there was no kettle available in the room. Very disappointed
