"A family run operation with limited facilities, tight parking, home cooking nice but limited, pool is not heated, old stone building charming and interior has modern update including heat pump. Some dining options in town not far, but mostly it's about quiet get away and making trips to other sites."

"A eclectic rural property with family at its heart. The staff could not have been more kind or helpful. If you like off grid then this is the place! Car is a must for seeing the delights of Orvetio. "

"It was great experience with this property. Coming quite late it was difficult to find. As we arrived we were offered dinner for reasonable price and since we did not feel going back to town we accepted. Oh my God, that turned out really special dinner next to fire place in rustic surrounding, with three course plentiful, tasty meal and cake and their wine included. We felt like kings. In the morning we strolled along beautiful property. Rooms are very clean and cosy, rustic and beautiful....

"The place is an absolute gem: clean, quiet, with lovely furniture and an excellent breakfast. Also, thumbs up for the commitment to eco-sustainability. Last but not least, Mr. Stefano offered us great advice on nearby attractions and restaurant. We totally enjoyed our one-night stay, we'd come back for sure!"

"We just stayed for a night before catching the ferry to Olbia. Really nice large room with A/C, clean, and free parking (limited availability), really nice bed and beautiful bedding. Very comfortable and just what we needed for the night."
