Valet is pricey at $60 but in this area parking is expensive. The entire staff were so friendly and welcoming and very attentive. Luxurious, we received complementary champagne in our room and a complementary cocktail at the bar. The vibe was southern hospitality dripping in Parisian luxury. "This in is gorgeously decorated with early 1900 pieces and old world charm. They have an area that doubles as a wedding and event property so the outdoor sitting areas have that same early century feeling. The rooms have more character than the cut and pace, sterile environment, hotels, and motels out there. And the staff was very helpful and gracious."

"I stayed for the Twice concert and found this place that was in great distance to the stadium. Didn't feel like i settled at all! Staff was great, check in was smooth and the view was amazing, overlooking the city and skyline. Breakfast was great too with many options, yogurt stood out to me the most alongside their sausages. Definitely a great area to stay within the city and mall. "

"Stayed at this location to attend a concert at Spectrum Center. This was a short walk there. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer luggage storage, nightly receptions, and free (really good) breakfast. The rooms are a really good size and have a microwave and mini fridge. I would definitely stay at this location again. "

"Location! Next door to Spectrum Center. Valet parking $55 day but worth it! No hassle finding parking. Hyatt Valet brings it down and takes it back up. Very convenient. Enjoyed our weekend stay for a Saturday event at the Spectrum Center. Will definitely be back!"

"Absolutely love my stay at the Element, and a big reason for that is because of the hotel staff. Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Ashely working at breakfast buffet was so kind and made great food. The hotel is in a convenient location, you're right by a bunch of restaurants, Whole Foods, and museums (highly recommended the discover science center). The room is cozy, the bed is comfy, and everything else is great too. I have no complaints at all."
