"the bedding was not good. very hard pillows. the maid staff never replaced missing items in the room (tissues, creamer for in room coffee, etc.) the place is new, just opened so i give some grace but the staff is not that well trained. could not tip on card, could not arrange a taxi and pay through hotel and other things, didn't always understand requests."
