Perfect location and a beautiful place

Avala is in an incredible location and the private beach access and free parking is key in Budva! My only gripe was housekeeping and a separate mini-bar checker both came relatively early. Granted I'm a late sleeper, but I was woken each morning that I didn't use "do not disturb" tag on door.

Absolutely great location!!! The 2 bedroom Villa was wonderfully spacious and had wonderful views. The pool was awesome. Very walkable and a nice breakfast. Housekeeping was non existent and the escalator only worked half the time. By the end of the trip it was annoying to ask to have it “turned on”. Not a reason to not book this hotel… just some suggestions on how they could do better for the price point.

No problem with cleaning. Reception staffs are helpful. When making the reservation, it was said that there is a shuttle service from the airport, but when I asked the reception at the hotel, they did not even know about it. That was interesting. Hotel has good beach. Foods were good.

The property is lovely and such a wonderful location directly beside the old town and the Budva port which is lined with restaurants and a few beach clubs. Our room (3032) was just perfect with a direct sea view as well as of the old town to our left. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was such a relaxing place to spend a day, and just wish we had more time to explore the area better. The breakfast was varied and good, not great. Close to old town that’s unique but it doesn’t have the wow factor anymore. The lobby doesn’t give you that rich feel . Not very kid friendly resort
