"We had a problem with a dirty bin but were upgraded which we appreciated. Breakfast was lovely, as were all staff. Wi fi was very poor at 0.1mpbs. Possibly needed rebooting."

"The hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The a/c was not cool enough for August. The desk clerk arranged a taxi for us to dinner and the taxi returned exactly on time. The breakfast was very good and abundant. Comfortable bed and very nice clean bathroom. The city #1 bus leaves the train station and takes you to Agora bus stop directly in front of the hotel in a few minutes. Buy tickets in the train station bar. The bus does not run at night. The Old Town was further away than we anticipated, and the walk there is longer than expected. "

"My stay was unplanned due to flight disruptions on 19/07/24. The hotel was an eleventh hour choice. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They did everything to make my stay comfortable even when my initial room had no air conditioner on the 1st night. "

"We were warmly welcomed on check in and, at every step of the way, we were made to feel special! The bar tender, Shawn, made some delicious cocktails. The Giotto restaurant on site serves excellent food and has a very good selection of wines. We used the very well appointed spa for added luxury! The room had a large balcony with an amazing view of the Umbrian landscape, and, at night, the Basilica was lit up like a beacon. The only downside was the air conditioning in the rooms is not allowed be turned on until June- but, keeping the doors open at night cooled the room down and was very comfortable. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable."
