"Our stay at The Marriot was amazing. My daughters and I were welcomed warmly by the hotel manager, Hussain, who personally made sure that our stay would be comfortable. All the staff from the restaurant staff, workers around the hotel and even the reception workers were friendly and made sure that we were taken care of. The drivers, Muhammad and Abdul, not only made sure that we arrived at our destinations on time but also walked us to ensure our we didnt get lost. Amin from customer service...

"Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"

"Was hassled by their in-house tout to do an expensive guided tour before we even stepped foot inside. Outside door is locked at all times and we had to ask them to open the door each time we wanted to get something from our car. They tried to charge us for parking (it was supposed to be free). They said we could not eat outside food - only eat in their over-priced 'restaurant'. Ad on Hotels.com said there was 4 bars/restaurants (making it sound like a resort). Total fabrication.
