"Excellent facilities, room design and cleanliness of rooms. Staff is friendly. We were treated with tasty sweets each day which was pleasant. King size mattress is set on top of 2 double bed frames so the middle part of the bed is not very comfortable to sleep on, but very comfortable on either left or right side. "The worst hotel of the century.. all you see on the site pictures is not what you get. The building is Very old,the Capet is very dirty that I couldn’t even use my socks to walk on it. How is this a 5 star I do not know. No satellites Chanel in the room. The only good thing is that I didn’t spend more than one night."

"Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"

"Was hassled by their in-house tout to do an expensive guided tour before we even stepped foot inside. Outside door is locked at all times and we had to ask them to open the door each time we wanted to get something from our car. They tried to charge us for parking (it was supposed to be free). "The property is a little old as it was established almost a hundred years ago. It is clean however and amenities work as expected, although some electric sockets are falling out of place/loose and some floor buttons on the list don't work. It is centrally located in Fes though and there is 'Central Parc' just opposite the hotel where you can drink Moroccan mint tea or have brunch."
