"The woman that works as a security in the pool area has a very bad temper and her language with clients is awful, she didnt care about our opinions was terrible the experience with her....unfortunately that was a very bad experience in that beautiful hotel, everybody else were amazing .Her name is Pam and we talked about her behavior toward us with the front desk girl, I really hope anybody has to deal with her angry character ever."

"I like everything in the property only the elevator was broken.... I didn't like was the parking issues only 1 car per room. We rent a room for 2 families and only we can park 1 car."
