Bungalow. The entire place has been renovated, and it was perfectly clean. New water heater, great HVAC, nice kitchen. There is a pool, a fire pit, and a sand area in the back yard, with a beautiful view of the pond. Its about 20 min from downtown Fort Myers, and Fort Myers

"We loved staying here and knew it as soon as we drove up. One main reason was the safe location and the exterior of the house. Once we walked inside we were so excited because it was just as beautiful as the pictures and description. The Host Jonathan was so welcoming and helpful to make it a great vacation. "This property ended up being nicer than we had expected from the pictures. Vic was very easy to communicate with. The only issue we had was with the AC. We had people come to fix it about five times because it wasn’t working. Although this was an inconvenience to our schedules and led to some warm evenings, Vic was really good about getting them out quick to fix it and getting us window air conditioning units. It’s a really nice location with a lot to do nearby and lots of beaches close by."
