We stayed on upper floor which had great views. The porches could have used a simple curtain to create a little more privacy when you walked up and down the stairs. "The location was awesome. Very easy beach access. The accommodations were comfortable but a little dirty. Arms on chairs and sofa looked like previous renters used them as napkins to wipe off their hands. One of our chairs was stained in an embarrassing spot so no one sat on it because it was gross. Only one roll of toilet paper left for a two day stay with three residents. The kitchen was well appointed but no salt and pepper or coffee filters. We enjoyed our stay but it made us mad that we...

"House is a great find, with lots to do for active people! The backyard is what sold it for us and it did not disappoint. Pool, hotub, outdoor shower, lots of seating AND a sand volleyball court (big win for my teenage daughter volleyball player). The family also had a blast playing pool together in the rec room. If you are looking for a place that's been recently renovated with lots to keep people busy, this is a great option."

"The 2bd beachfront condo was exactly as described. The layout was perfect and the views were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the screened in balconies The only thing that would have made it better is if 2 chairs and an umbrella were included in the price and not rentals from a separate company. But otherwise we were just extremely happy and will definitely stay here again. "

"My unit was an end unit, so I was lucky to have a screened in porch and beautiful views of the sunsets over the water. Being on the end also meant lots of extra light from the 2 sliding glass doors. Though it was small, (perfect for one or two people at the most), it was clean and comfortable. "Excellent communication from the property owners and great location (traffic was easy to navigate on this part of the island). The property owners sent us some ideas of things to do in the area and were very accommodating with check-in as we were arriving late in the evening! So many fun activities for kids of all ages including the beach. There is a rental company steps away from the property for beach equipment and our kids also enjoyed the property pool throughout our stay. We look forward to...

"Always beautiful units, semi secluded area yet so close to Sanibel and fort Meyers, we will be back again this was our second trip to this property just a different unit. Best sunsets even the sunset cruise sat out front for their view, we saw a manatee close to shore too. Can’t say enough good things about this place."
