"Great service at reception, weight staff was outstanding, only negative is the shower and tower tub were awkward to use dangerous to get in and out had to be very very careful and I am relatively young and agile."

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! We didn't know what to expect and loved it. Service is friendly and attentive, the hotel is across the street from the fortified city. Rooms were a bit small for 3 people but still comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but left feeling like we should come back to this hotel/city at some point in the future. Breakfast is incredible and scenery is beautiful! "

"Staff are very attentive and pleasant. Room are slightly tight and the doors are a little difficult to lock. We had a plugged sink that drained very slowly. Air conditioner worked, but temperature did not match the setting. Overall fine. The location is so close to the castle entrance. Great location and ambiance. Parking is convenient. "
