"Not five stars worth - dirty, towels smell of cigaret smoke, 50 % of service staff do not speak english, Lousy food and the same each day, a chef stood behind the buffet eating with his hands from the buffet which are very bad hygiene only internet working probely is in the lobby, building or renovation in progres - the lobby bar and lobby staff in the bar was doing a great job but this place is NOT a five star resort."
