"This hotel is excellent! Very clean, nice facilities and friendly staff. The food options are very good and food is very flavorful. The beach is man made so it is very calm but it gets deep very soon. The sand is thick/rough, I don’t know if that’s the normal sand for the area or if it’s only the one they used for the beach. The pools are also very nice. This hotel is totally recommended!"

"This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. The best thing in my opinion is that the facilities are shared with the sister hotel Sunrise Garden Beach resort, so you can use the pools and restaurants of both hotels, as well as the very well equipped gym.
