"Wanted a little getaway for my mother's birthday. The first room we booked was nice but the bed was a tight squeeze. Hard to get in and out. I asked the front desk if there was any other room with a slightly different configuration. They had another room available but to help accomadate us a bit more they were able to just upgrade our room. It was a nice little treat. The staff was extremely nice and helpful with everything. Also love where the hotel was situated. Was really easy to get to the trails, and to the resturants. I would stay there again."

"It was in the heart of everything. Sam, (I hope I remembered his name correctly) was so helpful for things we didn't understand or needed. If I had cash I would have left him a big tip. I will come prepared next time, if possible. "
