"This is the perfect property for a large, multi generational family. We were warmly welcomed and looked after by Valerio. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, the huge garden, the play park and the rural location. Dinner cooked for us by Valerio’s family was superb."

"We had the best time! The house was perfect and exactly what I was hoping it would be. The entrance to the home was a bit of a challenge and had it been raining would not have been fun, but we knew it was going to be a bit of a slope. The home is perfectly situated to visit many of the surrounding towns. We had dinner at the restaurant in the village above (Vellano). Wonderful meal and friendly and helpful staff and owners. "We found the property to be very well equipped, had everything you’d need or expect from a holiday apartment, the lounge, bedroom and bathroom were all of a good size and very comfortable, our only criticism would be the kitchen area would benefit from an additional electric socket."

"Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."

"Beautiful rustic home with fantastic views. It’s well equipped and Stuart was really helpful. We enjoyed the peace, the hilltop villages and took a train trip to Florence and drives to Viareggio, San Gimignano and Volterra. Great local food and restaurants."

"Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub und exakt so, wie hier online angeboten. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und Agentur. Das Haus und der Aussenbereich sehr gepflegt. Man ist mitten im nichts und wenn man im off-road-Fahren etwas geübt ist (die Anfahrt ist spannend 🤪) und absolute Ruhe und wenig Internet (tut nur, wenn im Tal einer kurbelt 😂) will, dann ist das „perfetto“. Für Gäste mit Hund, wie wir, ein Volltreffer. Gerne wieder und 100% Empfehlung! DANKE 🙏🏻"
