"This stay is very local to everything you can take a 5 minute walk and be surrounded by different food options, shops, bars, and activities. The people in the complex are also pretty friendly. I would definitely recommend this stay. It’s about 20 minutes from other surrounding popular areas like Addison and 30 ish minutes from DFW. The host is also responsive and accommodating "

"Unfortunately, this is not a true VRBO. The building that this apartment is in does not allow any type of short term rental. The owner is doing it on the down low. It’s a very sneaky process! When the owner was confront he tried blaming it all on me, when he is the one violating his lease agreement with the management company. "Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"

"I’ll say the actual apartments set up was exceptionally cool. I loved the industrial look, the kitchen was beautiful and the large TV was really nice to watch shows on. That being said the apartment had clearly not been cleaned well. The bathroom had tons of mold on the shower floor. The shower also had little to no water pressure, than there was trash under the bed that clearly had been there for long enough to attract roaches. Which we saw and killed three that night.
