"Arrived at apartment to find fridge was not working. Contacted management and was told to send pictures. They would contact the person that needed to be contacted. Day two arrived back after conference fridge still didn’t work. Contacted same person. , etc… they finally on the last night was willing to try to get a handy man out. I was in bed, and saw no point. Had to toss food and was unable to cook or use kitchen because of this issue. Would like to request aome kind of compensation Also,...

"This place was very good location for us to go back and forth to the convention center. It had mostly everything we needed, but no extras. Very minimal. There was very little lighting in the whole apartment and the ones in the bathroom didn’t work at all. The walls are also not sound proof at all. We had neighbor noises all through out the night and day. It was overall sufficient for our needs for the quick weekend."

I was very disappointed when I found out the pool was closed my whole stay, I probably would not have paid what I did if I would have known that. We also did not have a second blanket the first night, had to cover up with sheets. We contacted them and they didn’t bring a blanket until my second day. "Much more economical and spacious option for our family of 4. Quick ride into downtown. Nice little pool with a Baja ledge. VERY clean and well-equipped. Comfy beds and modern/attractive aesthetic. Definitely recommend!"

"The only bad thing was only one working elevator for the entire building and the condo is on the 9th floor. Also be aware there are homeless people all around the building that you’ll have to step around."

"We loved the rooftop bar and the options for the views. However, it did become a bit noisey when you need to sleep to get back to another state the next day. Also, we weren’t aware the space was rented out and free to the public. The restaurant downstairs was great, and not crowded."
