It was clean and had a good selection of apps on the tvs. Beds were comfortable and the a/c and heat both worked great. There were only two things about the property that were bothersome. "We had booked this place to visit our daughter in college and it looked like a great place to stay for our visit. However, this person was a total scam artist and would not give me the door code the day before, effectively cancelling but would not actually cancel. This required hours and hours over multiple days with vrbo just to try to get our money back. Stay away from this booking agent, iwae homes!!!"

The home is located a short drive from TTU, in a quiet and beautiful country side neighborhood. The patio and pool area, totally relaxing and amazing. Communication with the home owner was excellent. I definitely recommend this home and we would definitely stay here again."

"Family stay to celebrate graduation! There was plenty of room for parents, siblings & 2 sets of grandparents in this spacious VRBO. The kids loved having the pool to themselves & the adults loved celebrating our graduate while still having enough space to not feel crowded. Wonderful property. Would book again."
