Built in the 1960s and recently updated with stylish modern accents, this charming and posh apartment boasts modern swagger and a central location just outside Downtown, Deep Ellum, and Lower Greenville. Expect original foundation and layout. Plus, as a special thank-you, we include complimentary admission to the award-winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details!

We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.

This was a great place for our family. Nicely renovated apartment in a convenient location to downtown. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Dallas.

Not bad but very loud

If we didn’t have a white noise machine we would not have been able to sleep. The property must be used for multiple rentals and our neighbors were up late banging on the walls and making noise all night.

Great stay

We had a great stay! The only issue we ran into was there was no bedding for the pullout couch. Other than that it was clean and cozy!
