"The room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate at best: the toast was pre-made and soggy and there were no bagels, bananas, apples, nuts or seeds. We had a first floor room and the conversations from the front lobby carried into our room."

"Nice hotel, nice location near many things, great view from the balcony, easy parking and a friendly, helpful staff. We also liked the restaurant on the top floor and had good drinks and a great breakfast there. We would definitely stay again when in Victoria."

"The hotel was clean with a well appointed king room with small kitchen. The hotel is located in the heart of Victoria allowing us to walk to our function easily. We felt very safe in the hotel and found the facility quiet except for the external street noises which are out of the hotels control. Ear plugs were offered to help with the pedestrian noises making sleep easier. We will book with Best Western again on our next trip to Victoria."
