Internet not great anywhere but living room/bedroom. Nice back patio. Convenient to everything in Viareggio city proper with grocery store and butcher near by. We struggled initially on arrival as the gate was shut tight, and we weren't aware of the release button on the back of the gate, but everything else was as expected.
