"Great location near the Viareggio railway station. Therefore easy to check out the main attractions in Tuscany. We had a short visit, but we still had enough time to visit Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Manarola. Lots of space for our family of four. Stylish apartment with an extra nice yard for meals outdoors. "If you cater to the American market and say you have AC, it needs to be top-notch. I’m a delicate flower when it comes to heat and the front bedroom with the balcony is lacking a unit that actually cools properly. The couch and love seat in the living room needs a serious update, preferably something that will support the weight of a human when the lean on the arm wrest.
