The place requires you to get rid of garbage and recycling which is extensive and that is a pain in the neck. Otherwise this place was lovely. Great view of the marina. A good 15-20 minute walk to the middle of the promenade."

"This was a lovely little apartment and perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. It was in a quiet location and just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. It was also only a 20 min walk to the train station with great links to Florence, Pisa and Lucca. The owner Franco was so helpful as we contacted him a few times about where to go etc. Viareggio was fantastic but would recommend going to one of the beach clubs if you want a day on the beach!"
