"This was a beautiful apartment. The sheets on one of the beds had holes throughout it which was appalling to me but they rectified it the next morning with new sheets. The place requires you to get rid of garbage and recycling which is extensive and that is a pain in the neck. Otherwise this place was lovely. Great view of the marina. A good 15-20 minute walk to the middle of the promenade."

"This was a lovely little apartment and perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. It was in a quiet location and just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. It was also only a 20 min walk to the train station with great links to Florence, Pisa and Lucca. The owner Franco was so helpful as we contacted him a few times about where to go etc. Viareggio was fantastic but would recommend going to one of the beach clubs if you want a day on the beach!"

"The apartment was a good size and in a good location, close to the beach, nice restaurants and 15 mins from the station. It was clean and bright but the kitchen was a bit more tired than we expected. There were no wine glasses or sharp knives. The air conditioning was great.
