"Fantastic service, great location, top class hotel, the spa was a lovely way to spend a couple of hours in the afternoon and I booked a massage which was lovely. We had a gift in our room as it was our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was beautifully done and bathroom huge. Everything was spotless with turn down every evening with little gifts and cards showing the weather. Everything little thing thought of including a leaving gift. "Finding that the hotel was actually in Juliette's courtyard was a nice surprise. We booked the Laviana and had an amazing view to the courtyard, Juliette's statue, and the balcony. The room was very spacious and comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast was typical Italian meat and cheese that you make yourself, but still satisfying. Michaela made us feel welcome when we arrived and had several great recommendations for site seeing and restaurants. "
